The quill was put back in its place, and the other letters were set neatly to the side, where a house elf would collect them, later, and owl them to various recipients. "Lucius," she murmured, tone changing and voice dropping to a soft little purr. When the politics of the day weren't an issue of survival, she found them terribly boring. "You left so early this morning, and I found myself quite bereft, when I awoke."
