Ron was leaning against the counter now as he watched the other two speak and he smiled a bit when Harry mentioned what would happen to the family... he had everything pretty spot on, but Ron wasn't surprised. How long was Harry part of the Weasley family? Since they were eleven, really... at least.
His face fell, however, when Harry asked them just how long their engagement would last, and Ron's eyes moved to Hermione. He was obviously a bit unsure of the subject, and letting her make the decisions seemed to much easier. Then again, she would probably just get annoyed at him for wanting her to do that in the first place. "Um..." He glanced at her again...
"I... dunno. A year, maybe?" Maybe more? He didn't want to put a time on it... it made it a bit too... real. Was he ready for this? No. He wasn't. But he wasn't ready to admit that to himself either. "What do you think, Hermione?"
